  I had a total knee replacement in October, 2016. My surgeon advised me to go for physical therapy. I chose MOVE Physical Therapy in Monroe, NY. From the minute I entered the building, I was treated warmly. I was introduced to Drs. Justin and John. It was decided that John would be my therapist. What a wonderful experience! John was kind and caring and professional. It was hard work, but it paid off in the end. My therapy just ended and I will continue to heal well because of how I was treated at MOVE. Thank you.   Unique methods that is showing promise when other therapy was not improving my condition (hip/leg pain). Still in the early stages of my therapy/recovery with long term goal to avoid surgery that was proposed, if early results are any indication I am optimistic that I can recover without going under the knife! I would highly recommend especially to candidates who have tried other options without success.
